A successful NetApp Account Technology Specialist (ATS) works collaboratively as part of a sales team to design solutions that uniquely address customers' requirements. Building relationships to help customers accomplish their business outcomes, the ATS is a key component of what makes NetApp special.

The ideal candidate for this position will have approximately 5 years of related experience in technical sales engineering or solutions engineering (or similar) role, with demonstrated results and a growth mindset.

Job Requirements

* Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in areas listed below:
* Successfully capture technical and business requirements to create winning proposals in conjunction with your sales, services and support team.
* Lead product discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with our customers to help them experience the simplicity and value of NetApp solutions.
* Effectively leverage shared technical personnel to drive successful implementation of NetApp solutions, deeper relationships and better understanding of NetApp's products and services.
* Actively develop and maintain expertise on complementary and competitive technologies.
* Understand financial and operational requirements to create ROI models that meet the customer's needs.
* Self-directed and proactive in navigating sales campaigns, cultivating customer relationships, and responding to customer needs.
* Ability to travel within the area/market mentioned in this posting on a regular basis (local commuting from residence).

Education

* Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent work experience.

The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $154,800 - $189,200 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
