Full Job Description

As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products. You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of products, following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Columbus, OH location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards
* Perform testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure functionality and quality
* Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions for assembly and testing processes
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
  • Experience with soldering
  • Experience working with a microscope

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
