Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee meeting invites for large and small conference rooms requiring AV(Audio Video) setup. Be available on standby to aid and address any AV-related issues that may arise.
- Manage AV(Audio Video)operations for the Amenities desk, cafeteria, and green space, including troubleshooting music requests, television channel issues, and microphone problems, and testing prior to events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in audio-visual technology support and maintenance.
- Experience in AV(Audio Video) systems and equipment.
- Proficiency with conferencing platforms.
- Technical certifications in AV (Audio Video)systems or related fields are a plus.
