Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Cover Designer to create visually compelling book covers that capture the essence of our publications and attract readers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in book design and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that each cover resonates with its target audience.

The ideal candidate will have portfolio samples showcasing book and cover design, please send any relevant work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create book covers for a variety of genres, ensuring they align with branding and market standards.
• Collaborate with authors and marketing teams to understand the vision and target audience for each book.
• Use design software to produce high-quality cover designs that are print-ready and optimized for online platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends in book design and graphic design to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Suggest creative direction for promotional materials and advertisements related to the book covers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in book cover design and book design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous book cover designs and creative projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Nice to have: Experience in photo manipulation, print design, and creative direction.
