Business Analyst
ONSITE IN RICHMOND, VA
- MUST HAVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics role
- Ability to structure own analysis starting with a problem statement
- Ability to translate business requirements to data requirements
- Ability to convert analysis to data-drive solutions
- Basic Property and Casualty insurance knowledge
- Bonus: AIDA, CPCU, or other designations or exams from the Institutes
- Bonus: Guidewire experience / expertise
- Proficient in SQL - comfortable working with structured data and experience with data profiling / discovery
- Innovator / Problem Solver (if we did it this way, it would solve for x, y and z, not just x)
- Additional must haves: good communication, integrated thinking, autonomous, collaborative
- Experience working in an agile environment
