Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients or prospects to set up meetings
Prepare agendas and forms for meetings
Coordinate client appreciation events for the practice
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
Effectively use key tools (social media, Advisor website, etc.) that help lead to results in practice
Attend and participate in client meetings if necessary
Conduct transaction requests as directed by financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor(s)
Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor

Ability to collaborate and communicate with team members
Polite and clear communication
Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time
Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor, Ameriprise Financial
Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
Education and other requirements:
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business/Finance degree or higher
Desire to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurances license.
Compensation
Negotiable, depending on experience
