Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction/remodel projects from start to finish, collaborating with coordination and supervisory teams
Balance exceptional customer service with financial performance
Prepare accurate scopes, manage resources, and achieve project timelines
Interface with city officials, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Negotiate restoration services and insurance claim settlements
Achieve monthly revenue targets ($80K) and keep job durations under 30 days

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in restoration, renovation, or residential construction management
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficient with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, & Calendar)
Client-focused, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
