We are looking for aReceptionistto oversee our clients main corporate officein downtown Austin TX.
- Role:Corporate Receptionist
- Location: Austin, TX
Day to Day:
Provide administrative support for designated leader\eam. Greets visitors, maintains visitor logs, and issues visitor passes as required. Receives incoming calls, routes calls to appropriate contacts and takes/relays messages. Provides initial point of contact for client in a professional and efficient manner. Manages high-volume telephone traffic via multi line phone system. Coordinates visitor traffic in accordance with central securities guidelines. Receives and logs incoming packages. Receives messenger Dash courier deliveries and notifies mail room and or appropriate team members. Updates/maintains contacts and additional online lists for Security and Team Members. Provides back up support for other office team responsibilities, including not limited to intra-office relocations and workspace arrangements, reception desk coverage.Requirements:
Maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to multitask and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment. Maintains confidential information. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments. Works well as a team member, sharing responsibilities for tasks and objectives. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas as appropriate. Build stable internal and, as required and external working relationships. Works on routine assignments required limited judgment. Follows standard procedures in written direction to accomplish assigned tasks. Refers unexpected or difficult questions to higher levels.Skills and Experience:
Uses Microsoft office product, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Familiar with office equipment (copier, fax, shipping and receiving tools) Learns various departmental processes and procedures including but not limited to expense processing, document preparation and retention.EEO Employer
