Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Project Manager to oversee various projects for our retail client to support them through their busy holiday season. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and team collaboration to ensure successful project delivery across social, video, and digital platforms. This role is hybrid in Eden Prairie, MN and will be 40 hours per week. (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The schedule will vary, based on production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects with an emphasis on social, video and digital from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules using tools like Workfront and MS Office.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, adapting plans as necessary.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Escalate and resolve issues throughout

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the creative or digital space, with 3+ years of digital, video and social project management experience
• Proficiency in Workfront and MS Office   
• Experience working closely with content creators (understands the content creation process) 
• Familiarity with consumer trends, retail, advertising, and eCommerce is a plus.
• Agency or fast paced retail/e-commerce background a major plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
