Full Job Description
Role: Technical Support/DCT/Data Center Technician
Location: Umatilla/Boardman, OR
Pay Range: $18-25/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix on various components, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Participate in on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities.
- Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, participate in group lifts for 36+ pounds.
- Work in a 24/7 environment, participate in primary responder rotation, and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Work in cramped, elevated, and noisy environments.
- Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
- Safely ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
