Aledade is looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist to play a key role in the implementation and maintenance processes for our in-EHR point of care insights solutions. We are deploying a portfolio of EHR integration solutions to present value based care insights directly in our practices' EHR workflows, and this role will play a critical part in ensuring technical success of those deployments.
The Practice Endpoint Management Specialist will collaborate with practice IT resources and Aledade implementation, product and engineering team members to 1) proactively identify and mitigate any barriers to deploying our point of care solutions into practices at scale, 2) provide expertise on broad automated deployment options for our point of care products within our associated practices, and 3) advise practices on use of their existing endpoint management, remote monitoring and management, and/or automation scripts to ensure broad deployment of Aledade-related tools.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the US.
Primary Duties:
- Technical Solutions Escalation Point. Serves as expert and primary point of escalation to a cross-functional team (product, engineering, field) and directly with practices on issues related to the scalable deployment of Aledade's point of care solutions.
- Practice IT Operations Expert. Serve as internal subject matter expert on the IT operations of ambulatory practices and how our point of care solutions can best be deployed within their ecosystem.
- Endpoint Management Administration Guidance. Advising practices on deploying and configuring endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, or JAMF to manage device settings, software installations, security policies, and updates. Providing guidance on creating and managing device profiles for different user groups based on their needs and distributing and updating applications across the network. Developing automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks related to software deployment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required. Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted.
- 4-6 years working in small to medium size healthcare IT settings, either at solutions vendors or at provider organizations
- 3+ years direct practice facing customer service experience
- 3+ years experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare IT settings
- Expertise in endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Ivanti, or JAMF
Preferred KSA's:
- Proficiency with RMM platforms like Kaseya, Datto, or ConnectWise
- Extensive experience with managed browser environments such as Google Admin console
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of web-based and on-prem IT systems
- Advanced degree or certification in IT or healthcare operations
- Expertise and experience in healthcare settings, especially independent primary care practices and community health centers
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and de-escalate priority technical implementation issues in a customer facing capacity and coordinate across teams to find resolutions
- In depth understanding of the primary care market and customer needs
- Intrinsically motivated to seek out and solve problems
