LXT is an emerging leader in AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations. In partnership with an international network of contributors, LXT collects and annotates data across multiple modalities with the speed, scale and agility required by the enterprise.


Join our dynamic Language Specialist Talent Pool, where we're building a team of highly skilled individuals with a technical edge beyond traditional native speakers. We're looking for English speakers with proven language proficiency and a strong educational background in areas like linguistics, languages, journalism, copywriting, proofreading, and editing.


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Engage in tasks related to analytical problem-solving, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach with a customer-friendly and compassionate style.
  • Utilize your language skills for content creation, editing, and proofreading in various projects.
  • Candidates with customer service experience are preferred, and those who have worked on AI-driven projects or possess knowledge in this domain will be highly valued.

Required Qualifications:

  • English speaker with proven language skills.
  • Experience in AI field, specifically in LLM.
  • Relevant educational background such as university degree in languages, linguistics, journalism, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-friendly and compassionate approach.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
