Full Job Description
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO/CIO. The ideal candidate would be highly organized and excel in a support function for a collaborative, fast-paced team. This person must demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong communication skills, and maintain a balance among several priorities.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Act as of the point of contact among employees, clients and other external parties
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings and manage daily calendar.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rentalreservations.
- Complete expense reports for corporate credit card charges and out-of-pocket reimbursements.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Take minutes during calls and meetings.
Office Manager & Executive Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in office administration/management.
- Strong business sense and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail oriented and ability to perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.
- Clear communicator able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
- Ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.
- Service focused and team-oriented experience and approach.
- Creative, proactive thinker who actively seeks solutions and process improvements.
- Knowledge of administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
