This is a work from home position, however you will need to live in/near the DFW area in Texas for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Performs a wide variety of professional level support activities to ensure effective use of an executives time and productive interactions with team.
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
- Works cross-functionally with sales, operations, graphics, and culture teams to deliver a world class sales incentive trip.
- Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports.
- Manages invoicing for department. Prepares and distributes invoices to vendors. Records, verifies, and posts payments received and ensuring transactions are recorded in accordance with internal accounting policies. May research discrepancies, send billing reminders, and/or prepares summary reports.
- Prepares and submits expense reports on behalf of executive and/or leadership team.
- Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executives activities and maintain confidentiality.
- May maintain calendars, manage travel plans, and/or screen visitors, phone calls, emails, or physical mail.
Who We’re Looking For
- Associates degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of related experience, required.
- 8+ years of related experience, preferred.
- Competencies
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of company operations, policies and procedures.
- Business acumen with the ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to remain detail-oriented while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and adapt to new tasks.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
