As the Executive Assistant to the President NA some of your responsibilities may include:

  • General administrative support takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager/team members.

  • Takes over supervising for colleagues in the administrative area (e.g. apprentices, new employees etc.)

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

  • Acts as a liaison between the Executive, the President, the management team, private and public corporations and clients/customers at all levels.

  • Responsible for project management for internal meeting projects, including hotel selection, contract negotiation, budget management, travel arrangements, and other logistics (i.e. workshops, National Meeting etc.)

  • Handles inquiries for the Executive, drafts and coordinates correspondence and documents, and where appropriate, requests further analysis, clarification and/or delegates material for follow-up.

  • Coordinates and prepares materials and presentations for the Executive's meetings (including business reviews), utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools.

  • Analyzes problems and collaborates with appropriate resources to bring issue/problem resolution to Executive.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience supporting high level executive.

  • Experience with SAP and SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) systems preferred

  • Experience in meeting management

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be diplomatic and use tact.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Experience preparing complex international itineraries and dealing with various time zones.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • High-level competency with using the Microsoft office Suite, Expense system, Purchase orders and Share point knowledge.

  • Critical thinking skills

Position Location

This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.

Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $73,500 - $105,00 - $136,500USD Annual/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
