Full Job Description
Venture Capital firm with $125 million AUM is seeking to hire a high energy and driven Temporary to Permanent Executive Personal Assistant/Office Manager to support the Founder primarily, in addition to the COO on the administrative/operational side. This position will require 2 days/week in Englewood, NJ going to and from their office and the Founder's home. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is excited and passionate about providing hands-on administrative support to a high net worth individual and wants to learn and grow as an administrative professional!
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting for Founder
- Respond to emails and coordinate meetings on behalf of Founder; interact with high level individuals and celebrities with poise and professionalism
- Personal assistance to Founder including running errands, restocking his home refrigerator
- Maintain office including mail/package sorting, restocking the kitchen, keeping an organized and tidy space
- Organizational projects such as data entry, invoicing and expense reporting
- Ad-hoc support for COO upon request
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience as an EA
- Basic understanding/proficiency of MS Suite
- Personable and professional demeanor; high EQ to interact with clientele and investors
- Willingness to work hard with no task too big or small mentality
- Understanding of "the grind", someone who is satisfied by getting things done
