Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Expense Management - Accounts Payable Analyst
Position type: Full-time Contract

Location: Dallas, TX
As a(n) Expense Management - Accounts Payable Analyst you will:
- Expense Management is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to assist with the transitioning of accounts payable systems to internal systems.
- Due to a number of recent acquisitions, additional support to get these AP systems transitioned in a timely manner is needed
- Moving the acquired companies accounts payable function into Client accounts payable function
- Assisting project manager with follow up
- Review smart sheet on a daily basis to follow up with stakeholders and update current status on completion
Skills:
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- 1+ years of experience in a similar AP / AR position
- Fluent in the Portuguese language is required
- Experience at a large global financial institution
- 2+ years of experience working with vendor information in KY3P, and S/4Hana
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable presenting findings to small groups as well as senior leaders within the department
Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent in accounting, business administration, or related
The ideal candidate will have: Expense Management, Accounts Payable, Fluent in Portuguese language

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20 - $23 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
