The Role

The Financial Analyst responsibilities include assisting with Financial planning and budget processes, analyzing Profit & Loss, assisting in developing financial models, assisting with the monthly forecast, and performing analysis as needed. They also assist with the monthly close and have a solid grasp of financial planning and analysis is essential for this position.

What Will You Do?

  • Ensure financial compliance of policy and procedures as it relates to Invoice/Concur approvals
  • Assist global business unit leads analyze their Profit and Loss (P&L) activities through collaboration and coordination
  • Update consolidated financial reports for VP of Finance and Financial Reporting, encompassing financial results and callout budget variance. Compile data for annual budgets and monthly forecast
  • Analyze expense versus budget and offer notable callouts and analysis to support the development of the company's long-term growth to Sr. Director, FP&A
  • Compile and analyze historical financial data to predict future revenues and/or expenses
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation material and analysis for monthly management P&L review meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure a precise and accurate monthly close
  • Assist with transactional inquiries and financial/budget questions the require problem solving and analytics
  • Compile data for annual budgets and monthly forecast
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statement and footnotes related to the annual consolidated audit
  • Assist the VP of Finance and Financial Reporting on adhoc projects

What Will You Bring?

  • BS/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or accounting
  • Prior experience with Oracle, Hubble preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling functions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed oriented, outside the box thinker
  • Passionate about learning, strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills with great attention to details
  • Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial modeling, working knowledge of accounting principles

Pay Scale: $67,000 - $86,000
