Global Supplier Accounts Manager – Devices & Accessories for AM&D
Your primary focus will be optimizing the supply base and reducing total cost of ownership through strategic supplier agreements, while also enhancing supplier performance and fostering key stakeholder relationships globally, developing and executing the supplier and portfolio strategy for existing device and accessory products and services.
Your role:
Manage device product portfolio for Ambulatory, Monitoring, and Diagnostic business.
Collaborate with AM&D Business Units and R&D on global procurement strategy.
Evaluate and manage suppliers, focusing on capabilities and performance.
Communicate Category strategy effectively to key stakeholders.
Lead price negotiations, manage contracts, and mitigate risks.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, procurement, economics, or related field.
5+ years of procurement and/or commercial experience. Extensive experience in a production environment, preferably in Medical/FDA and/or EU-MDR regulated settings.
Demonstrated program management skills to drive strategic objectives across categories. Strong result orientation, business acumen, and change leadership skills in a global matrix organization.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville is $105,000 to $160,000
The pay range for this position in Chicago or Cambridge $117,000 to $170,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
