Our client, a major CPG company, is looking for a remote Digital Designer. They need a candidate who can hadle a full plate of project. This company has 13 brands you will be working on, so the ability to juggle and pivot is essential. Oh, great design chops are needed too!
They need someone who can jump in on overflow work through the holidays. Someone who can work off hours (nights) and sometimes weekends. The role will be around 25-32 hours a week…but could be more or less.

Job Description:
Concept & ideate on new and existing brand collateral under brand team/ art Director's guidance
Will repurpose and edit content created by agencies as well as develop digital assets
Manage the design portion of projects, including project status, job trafficking, and timelines
Follow production design standards and prepare final art files to release to agencies or internal stakeholders
Adhere to brand guidelines and serve as the organization's brand steward, ensuring all visual materials are on-brand and high-quality
MUST HAVE:
3+ years of professional fulltime design experience in an agency or in-house environment (not including freelance work).
BA or MA in Graphics or Visual Communication Design
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier and MS PowerPoint.
Big pluses: Illustration skills; animation; hand lettering skills; video/motion graphics; photography; retouching, (NOT REQUIRED but does help!)
Excellent time and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Innovative thinker when it comes to visual communications
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute visual concepts in a highly collaborative environment
The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to achieve business needs
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to see the big picture and how individual projects work together to fulfill business objectives
The hourly rate for this position is 45-50 depending on experience.
