Position Overview
The Housekeeper works to complete all cleaning tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Their work includes removing trash from the facility, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, cleaning walls and glass, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and various other public and office spaces.
What You Will Do
- Ensure completion of daily checklists
- Maintain interior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
- Clean tour route of property twice daily
- Arrange small pieces of furniture for staging purposes
- Clean all surfaces in elevators, if applicable
- Sanitize and clean fitness equipment
- Mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
- Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day
- Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
- Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
- Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
Ideally, You'll Have
- High School or equivalent education preferred
- Proficient in simple computer tasks
You'll crush it if you have experience with
- Experience in Student housing or multi-family industry
