Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our people operations—streamlining processes, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly both behind the scenes and outwardly. Your work will directly impact hiring success, employee engagement, and compliance excellence.
Success Criteria
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference. You won’t just be checking off tasks—you’ll be shaping the way we hire, onboard, and retain top talent. As the first face new employees see, you’ll take ownership of the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and fully prepared to contribute within their first 30 days. You’ll help streamline hiring and recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to optimize scheduling, improve candidate communication, and accelerate time-to-hire.
Your attention to detail will ensure HR compliance and payroll accuracy, maintaining up-to-date employee records and helping process payroll with a 99% accuracy rate. As the go-to HR resource, you’ll provide employees with timely, insightful support, ensuring a smooth experience and responding to HR-related inquiries within 24 hours. You'll also have the chance to drive continuous improvements, identifying new ways to make HR processes more efficient and employee-friendly.

Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus (1-2 years).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
* Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Personal Attributes:
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Customer service-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
