Job Description:
Position: Reimaging Technician
Location: On-site
We are seeking experienced Reimaging Technicians to assist in the migration of 350 workstations from the NWL domain to the PL domain. This role involves reimaging workstations, enrolling users in Intune and Authenticator for MFA, and providing on-site support to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:- Reimaging Workstations: Perform reimaging of NWL workstations to transition them to the PL domain, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- User Enrollment: Enroll users in Intune and Authenticator for MFA, adding an additional layer of security.
- Support and Training: Provide on-site support to users, assisting with the setup and troubleshooting of their new workstations.
- Documentation: Follow detailed run books and document each step of the reimaging and enrollment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with users professionally, providing clear instructions and support.
- Experience: Previous experience with large-scale reimaging projects, preferably involving domain consolidation similar to an Epic implementation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in workstation reimaging, Intune, and MFA enrollment processes.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of standing in front of users and providing clear, concise instructions.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work long hours and handle tedious tasks with attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Thursday/Friday: Initial offers will be made next week.
- Daily Tasks: Distribute reimaged machines to users during the day and provide on-site support. After hours, continue with the reimaging process.
