We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer Senior to join our team, supporting the F-35 Final Assembly manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in optimizing production processes by monitoring key metrics to drive continuous improvement, supporting our production customers and maintaining operational excellence.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Production Process Optimization:
* Enhance production activities by implementing analytical techniques and utilizing various data and data visualization tools.
* Monitor production health metrics, ensuring timely identification of potential issues and areas for improvement.
Project Management:
* Lead projects focused on production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into the production environment.
Collaboration and Support:
* Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and various production support functions to align objectives and ensure operational effectiveness.
* Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.

Who You Are
* You are a driven and resourceful Industrial Engineer Senior with a strong background in optimizing production environments.
* You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to use analytical techniques to improve operational efficiency.
* With excellent communication skills, you are able to work effectively with teams to develop and implement strategic solutions.


This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience with continuous improvement and problem solving in a manufacturing environment.

* Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves &/or parametric estimates).

* Experience with statistical analysis, data analysis, &/or database operations.
Desired Skills:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education

* Experience with data analysis & database operations (Statistical process control, SQL, Tableau, data mining, strong Excel skills, etc.)

* Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes

* Experience working with business objects (BO) and
enterprise data warehouse (EDW)

* Experience with analytical and project planning tools
and software, including MS Office Suite of tools

* Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt,
PDCA, etc.)

* Project management experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
