As an Entry-Level Information Security Analyst, you will work closely with our security and IT teams to safeguard critical data and infrastructure. From monitoring security alerts to implementing access controls, you’ll play a hands-on role in protecting our organization from evolving cyber threats. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Threat Monitoring & Analysis: Investigate and respond to security alerts using industry-leading SIEM and endpoint detection tools.
* Access Management: Configure user accounts, enforce least privilege policies, and ensure compliance with security frameworks.
* Incident Response Support: Assist in analyzing Indicators of Compromise (IoCs) and reporting findings to senior analysts.
* Security Tool Implementation: Work with platforms like CrowdStrike Falcon and Infoblox to enhance network security.
* Patch & Vulnerability Management: Utilize service desk tools to monitor system updates, ensuring compliance across a large IT environment.
* Policy & Compliance Enforcement: Support security initiatives to align with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
* Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work with IT and security teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and improve security operations.

* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, endpoint protection tools, and remote desktop troubleshooting.
* Basic understanding of firewalls, network protocols, and security frameworks.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage security incidents and identify root causes.
* Familiarity with SIEM, IDS, or endpoint security solutions (such as Splunk, Snort, CrowdStrike, or Suricata) is a plus.
* Experience with IT helpdesk systems and troubleshooting user issues is beneficial.
* Passion for cybersecurity, with a curiosity to continuously learn and grow in the field.
