Inventory Control Coordinator – Reedsville, PA

This role’s primary function is to review the accuracy of inventory between warehouse locations and to modify data within our ERP system when materials change, or new products are being produced.

Your role:

• In this role you will report to a material lead that will prioritize work in order of importance.
• You will identify any discrepancies between physical and ERP material differences.
• You will be responsible for setting up any new material in our ERP system.
• This role will give you an opportunity to develop professionally with the understanding of ERP system (SAP) being a highly sought after skill.
• This role has some opportunities to cover or review inventory at other locations.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in managing material in a warehouse environment
• Your skills include an in-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP a Plus) to set up material and investigate inaccuracies when problems are identified.
• You have a high school diploma; associates degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• You’re a person who can communicate at all levels of the business, use knowledge to assist others with supporting details, use critical thinking to identify gaps and come up with ideas to correct the mistakes from happening in the future.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $19.11 to $31.58 hourly.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
