The IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience of entry-level technologists. Working in teams alongside highly skilled professionals, ETR employees apply their passion for technology to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes.

Over the course of 2 years, as an IT ETR, you will explore 3 different roles and areas of IT. We're looking for emerging talent who have a passion for applying technology to invent novel life-saving drugs, broaden access to medicines and vaccines, and enable next-generation healthcare solutions, with experience with any of the following tech capabilities:

• Cloud

• Enterprise Architecture

• Cyber Security

• Software Development

• Data / Analytics

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• User Experience

• Automation

If you excel in team environments, you love to learn and want to share your knowledge, and you're interested in a full-time, entry-level position, and meet the following criteria, you may be eligible.

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree OR a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of computing/technical equivalent experience which could include: IT, related certificates, and/or military.

Required Education and Experience:

• Candidates must have completed at least 1 internship, apprenticeship, co-op, or equivalent professional role in a technology-related field.

• Candidates must be able to quickly adapt to new roles, teams, and situations, and are required to rotate through different technology-related roles throughout IT for the 2-year duration of the program.

• Candidates must communicate well both in-person and in written media.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
