Senior Project Manager – IT Integration
Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager – IT Integration leads planning and execution of IT integration activities within a large enterprise program. This hands-on role ensures alignment across multiple IT workstreams, driving timelines, managing risks, and delivering key milestones such as testing, migration, and cutover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate across Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, End User Services, and SAP teams
- Align tasks, dependencies, and sequencing across multiple workstreams
- Track milestones, risks, and issues; drive mitigation and escalation as needed
- Support system migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning/execution
- Maintain project governance (RAID logs, status reporting, executive updates)
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder communication
- Support post-go-live stabilization (hypercare)
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of IT project management experience in complex environments
- Experience with SAP or large-scale platform implementations
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle (planning, testing, cutover, hypercare)
- Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks (SDLC, governance)
