Job Title: Operations Technician

Overview: Apex Systems is seeking multiple Operations Technicians to join our client in Branchburg, NJ. This role is within the Diagnostics Division, which aims to bring our diagnostics vision to life and become a key partner in transforming and improving healthcare.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manufacture PCR reagents in large batches using Process Controlled Systems in a GMP environment.
- Perform daily manufacturing activities, ensuring the quality of production, including pre- and post-manufacturing duties, coordinating activities with product demand, and assisting team members.
- Contribute to production operations, including Environmental Monitoring, Clean-In Place, and completing production batch records and logbooks using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Follow work production schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), OSHA safety regulations, and cGMPs to perform assigned tasks.
- Enter and update required production data into trend lines and business systems (e.g., SAP), maintaining documentation per established procedures.
- Support and oversee lab supply inventory and generate internal order requisitions.
- Handle hazardous materials in an ECA environment.
- Operate pallet jacks, lift up to 50 lbs, and move pallets into the laboratory.
- Report any room or equipment malfunctions to internal groups and assist with calibration as needed.
- Complete required training classes promptly to avoid compliance gaps.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- High level of social competence.
- Ability to accurately record and efficiently communicate within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Process Controlled Systems (PCS) in a regulated environment.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing within a regulated environment.
