As the leader of the software engineering organization for Leucipa, you will be responsible for the delivery of industry-disrupting software for the automation of production operations. This role is a key member of the Leucipa leadership team - leading strategic planning activities while driving execution.

As a Leucipa Product Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for:

Building, coaching, and motivating a world-class software development organization.
Setting development methodologies and standards across global teams.
Establishing goals and performance metrics for software delivery - and owning the results against these objectives.
Owning resource strategy, including the use of 3rd parties & partners.
Planning and managing budgets related to the scope of the team.
Driving planning with product and architecture pillars to establish product roadmaps and execution plans.
Maintaining a balance between development, research, and sustenance activities to delight customers while maintaining a reliable solution.
Championing secure development best practices
Collaborating with other organizational pillars to ensure teams advance their skills to support the latest technologies leveraged in the product.
Establishing structures and processes to drive scale & reuse.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a Bachelor's from an accredited tertiary education
Have 8+ years of experience in Sales and operations roles
Able to introduce new solutions to customers and convert these into contracts
Have the readiness to travel 30-50% of the time
Have impressive interpersonal and leadership skills. Effective problem identification and solutioning skills
Demonstrate proven analytical and organizational ability. Know that HSE, compliance and quality are each employee's personal responsibility
