Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining the Quality Management System for GW and Procedures for the Quality Department
- ISO9001 coordinator, AAR M1003 coordinator
- Responsible for managing all department hourly employees and their activities which include:
- Incoming and in process inspections
- Product warranty
- Internal audits
- Internal corrective actions
- Calibration of facility measurement equipment
- Calculates and reports various QA metrics
Education /Training
Certified Quality Manager, or 2-year technical degree and 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications/Experience
- Must have sufficient proven technical knowledge of all equipment, processes and products related to Quality Control functions
- Certified ISO9001 Lead Assessor
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of GW staff and with customers
- English language functional communication required
