Marketing Event Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Marketing Event Coordinator I to assist in planning and executing marketing events. This role will focus on ensuring that events are organized, on-brand, and meet target objectives, allowing for a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, and transportation.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
• Compile and analyze feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding upcoming and completed events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for budgeting and tracking purposes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
•  Traveling for events or activations 
• Presentation skills, including familiarity with tools like Keynote, Box, Excel, are desirable.
• Experience handling the management of all the event assets from collateral, to bookings, contracts, and comms with stakeholders 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
