The Downtown - Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Department; to assist with all aspects of litigation and a focus on financial services clients.

The San Francisco office is looking for an associate who is willing to take on these challenges and become part of a team. Salary: $250,000 - $345,000

• Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant general litigation experience, preferably in the financial services industry. 
• Court experience and candidates who have served as judicial law clerks would be considered a plus.

• Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
• California Bar is required.
