Motorsports Business Coordinator
Job Description
Yamaha is looking to fill a Motorsports Business Coordinator for our office in Marietta, GA. The Motorsports Business Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to region field staff and executive leadership team by managing reporting, payroll incentives, travel coordination, and regional budgeting activities. The coordinator will oversee key processes including call report maintenance, invoice payments, monthly staff reporting, and execution of regional programs and approvals. Ensures efficient day-to-day operations through scheduling, meeting coordination, supply management, and maintenance of organized electronic filling systems.
