Duration: 12 Months of Contract (Extension Possible)
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL - 60008 - (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $45 - $60 per hourly
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio of small cell and macro mod projects (new build and modifications)
- Will be responsible for managing site acquisition
- Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
- Manage project budgets
- Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
- Conduct deployment calls
Skills Required:
- Must have FUZE experience
- Must have real estate experience
