Our agency client is seeking a bilingual, Spanish-speaking, Paid Media Manager to join its team. This position requires working two days a week (Wednesdays + Tuesdays or Thursdays) onsite in its downtown Washington, DC office. It is an exciting opportunity to join a growing agency.
This position is a mix of traditional and digital media buying and planning. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing paid media campaigns focused on Hispanic audiences.
Duties of the Paid Media Manager:
- Implement, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X
- Oversee the trafficking of paid media creative to third-party vendors
- Work with traditional and digital paid media vendors to negotiate ad placements and media plans through RFPs
- Track the performance of campaigns across multiple accounts to ensure quality work, deadlines are met, and budgets are adhered to
- Assist in the creation of marketing plans and goal setting for clients and third-party vendors
- Produce campaign reports for internal and external review
- Participate in business development opportunities to grow agency presence and client offerings
Requirements of the Paid Media Manager:
- A minimum of 2 years of media buying and planning experience for traditional and digital channels
- Must be Bilingual Spanish
- Experience targeting and segmenting Hispanic/Latino audiences
- Experience analyzing paid media campaigns; providing recommendations to improve performance and reach
- Knowledge of budgets and pacing - tracking budget spending across a period of months
- Experience setting up error-free paid media campaigns for target audiences in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Familiarity with web and online media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio highly preferred
