Payroll Leave Specialist - Nashville, Tn

As a Payroll Leave Specialist you are responsible for providing detailed transactional, payroll, and administrative support for leave processes related to pay.

Your role:

• Manages and records document flow, files employee-related documentation, maintains employee files and records on leave related documentation.
• Audits, edits, and enters time, processes payroll through ADP.
• Assists employees with inquiries related to pay during leaves of absence.
• Conducts regular checks on system changes, monitors for discrepancies, and executes necessary corrections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

You're the right fit if:

• You have +2 years’ experience in processing payroll related to leaves of absence, general payroll processing, knowledge of state requirements for leaves of absence.
• You've got a High School Diploma, Vocational Training, or an equivalent level of education.
• You have had experience in ADP Global View and Microsoft Office. SAP HRIS is a plus.
• Your skills include persuasive and assertive communication, proactivity in problem solving and coordinating priorities to solve issues with all stakeholders.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is from $22 to $36

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
