Job Title: Pharmacy Network Contracting and Specialty Administrator

This role is responsible for contract negotiation, administration, and ensuring compliance with SS&C's PBM contracting efforts. Key duties include supporting the solicitation, initiation, and maintenance of agreements with pharmacy chains and other entities, as well as drafting contract language, conducting negotiations, and implementing executed agreements to align with PBM business strategies.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Manage contract administration, ensure compliance with SS&C’s contracting efforts for PBM.
  • Support solicitation, initiation, and maintenance of agreements with pharmacy chains and vendors.
  • Draft contract language, conduct negotiations, and implement executed agreements.
  • Manage and maintain SS&C Health’s Specialty Agreements, Specialty List Definition, and Specialty solution strategies.
  • Oversee contract documentation, approvals, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and procedures for contract development.
  • Monitor contracts for updates based on business or regulatory changes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Healthcare Management, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience analyzing, drafting, and negotiating pharmacy contracts for PBMs or healthcare organizations.
  • Contracting for Rebates and other services is ideal.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations and Contract Management software is a plus
