In this newly formed Marketing Manager role, you'll be responsible for supporting a broad range of Marketing efforts - from developing sales enablement collateral, to supporting our events strategy, to executing demand gen campaigns. In this role, you'll be able to have a direct impact on helping to drive new business and client success.

You will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing for McKesson Compile, and work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and PR, the Director of Growth, and the VP of Marketing. As a brand-new addition to the team, you will have the opportunity to help scale the Marketing function as we build out our team to support our tremendous growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing: Helping to build out the Product Marketing function, supporting initiatives like win/loss analysis, content development, and product launch.
  • Sales Enablement: Educate and enable our sales team by helping to create training materials and presentations.
  • Growth Marketing: Support the creation and execution of awareness and lead generation campaigns, including email, search, advertising, social media, etc.
  • Events: Support the execution of our event marketing, including our presence at industry conferences and trade shows, webinars, client forums, and other events (virtual and in-person).

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing role at a company or agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong focus on actionable insights
  • Working knowledge of digital channels, both paid and organic, including LinkedIn and Google
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel within the US up to 10%

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$99,000 - $165,000
