We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Southwest Florida team in Fort Myers! This individual will provide Signature Service by acting as a single point of contact for our homeowner customers. They will partner with the sales team to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customers' experiences in upgrading their homes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with and provide outstanding customer service to homeowners
- Work with team members to move the homeowner's project through the process
- Respond to customer inquiries & requests
- Work with sales team to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, and monitor on-hold projects and jobs in progress
- Send post-installation survey and assist in resolving post-installation issues
- Data entry
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Organized

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
