- 6+ years of true Project Manager
- Understanding tollgates
- Change Management experience
- Agile & Waterfall experience
- JIRA Knowledge
- Change Governance knowledge
- Strong PM knowledge, ability to lead a team and drive to results
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of the TPAS tool (new financial tool that is only a year old)
