Raba Kistner is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to join our team in Round Rock, TX. Under general direction supports the Quality Assurance functions and the Quality Control plan procedures. Work is performed with considerable latitude for use of initiative and independent judgment. Other responsibilities include:
- Build and execute an annual development plan to ensure Quality development needs are achieved across the enterprise.
- Continually monitor and update the Enterprise Quality (EQ) program resource tools to ensure all staff members can correctly execute EQ procedures.
- Interface with all RK auditors to determine how the EQ program is impacting company roles and duties while periodically evaluating audit reports and commendable efforts in order to recognize employees who are responsible for taking a proactive approach to the EQ program.
- Interface with other RK offices, as necessary, to accomplish the duties described herein.
- Provide information to RK staff on Standard Operating Procedures, company culture survey analytics, and Quality criteria through one-on-one meetings, electronic correspondence, training Webinars and Risk Management workshops.
- Contribute to growing the EQ program within all areas of the business and routinely attend quarterly management review meetings.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties requiring the exercise of considerable initiative, leadership, independent judgment and discretion.
- Conduct research to produce enterprise-wide EQ measurements and use the measurements to determine any areas of improvement.
- Monitor and drive client satisfaction while following SOP 821 to ensure that entire client support team (Project Managers, Department Managers, Office Leaders, COOs, etc.) understand SOP 821 and the importance of following through with client needs and requirements.
- Maintain the security of confidential information.
- Conduct Quality Audits and compose final audit reports.
- Demonstrate a high level of competence with the ability to apply skills and knowledge to practical problems on a daily basis.
- Assist in maintaining the proper flow of workload. Set priorities & ensure deadlines are met.
- Revise SOPs to address risk concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of quality–related experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet company’s auto insurability requirements.
Communicate both written and orally to present organized and thorough information to the intended audience. Intermediate Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs. Work responsibilities may require out of town travel to Raba Kistner offices, client offices and project locations.
