The main responsibilities are to coordinate with internal and external partners to execute the project management of artwork for containers and cartons for proprietary products; Liase between Marketing, Sourcing, Federal Registration, label and carton vendors and for internal and external companies. Help with state registrations of all branded EPA regulated products, prepare, organize and submit new & revised registration applications to state departments; help with annual product renewals as needed. Keep up to date with federal and state regulations and how they pertain to all company brands/products. Audit online product services against labels for continuity and clarity.
Duty or Areas of Responsibility
Artwork
Work with vendors to convert text labels for new products into label artwork and carton artwork.
Initiate contact with outside suppliers, vendors and internal groups to ensure correctness and for labeling needs.
Reviewing and approving artwork for use
Maintaining online lists of artwork to ensure correct ordering through Procurement.
Uploading and reviewing indexed labels on CDMS and Agrian/Telus
State Registrations
Prepare and present properly organized submission applications to State Agriculture pesticide programs
For new and revised labeling
Annual renewals of products in all States based on timeline/priority
Coordinate registration with managers and consultants for all business entities/brands
Resolve Stop Sales, penalties, and deficiencies issues for all proprietary entities.
Liase and dialogue with State Regulatory bodies via phone and email.
Organizational Management
Maintain spreadsheets and access database for Registration fees for multiple business entities
Maintain repository for graphic files
Maintain registration data in appropriate database(s)
Maintain registration paper files and documents for immediate availability
Maintain accurate information in database and metadata in uploaded file repository
Resolve day-to-day administrative details for product registration
Track expenditures
General Responsibilities
Keep up to date with industry standards, federal and state licensing regulations and company specifications.
Experience and Education Required:
Associates Degree with 5 years of graphic design and project management experience, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years project management experience.
Agriculture/chemical industry experience highly desired
Proficiency in Adobe Suites, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
Previous JDEdwards, Oracle and Business Objects reporting
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Self-motivated and able to work with limited daily supervision
Familiarity with EPA labeling guidelines, FIFRA and OMRI are highly desired
Bilingual is helpful but not required
Salary Range: $69,040 - $103,560 depending on experience
