Sales Support, Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound Workspace (US-Remote)Job Description
The Clinical Applications Specialist will perform pre-sale and post-sale customer support in North America. The position will be responsible for product demonstration and the delivery of post-sales customer training in hospitals, clinics and private offices.
Your role:
- Demonstrate products to potential customers and at trade shows, provide application training to end-users and industry partners, develop training plans to fulfill training obligations
- Collaborate with internal team members to promote ideas and help determine ways to improve processes/procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers, post-training retention activity (customer satisfaction program)
- Feedback customer requirements to Product Management
- Maintain and advance knowledge of current trends in cardiovascular imaging
You're the right fit if:
- Minimum of 3 years related Clinical Ultrasound Experience. Must be a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac and/or Pediatric Vascular Sonographer (RDCS with AE required, RDCS with PE or RVT a plus) 3D Ultrasound and Strain Imaging Required
- Excellent communications skills and customer service attitude, Ability to quickly learn, analyze and support complex customer workflows
- Motivated to work independently with a focus on solving both clinical and technical customer issues
- Approximately 50%- 75% travel including overnights and home office visits. Desire for candidates to reside near a major (non-regional) airport (within 1 hour drive)

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
