Title: Senior Client Service Specialist

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007

Duties: Analyze complex financial models on conceptual, intuitive, and practical levels. Support clients on the use of our industry-leading risk products. Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel. Provide thorough quantitative and conceptual solutions to our wide range of clients. Test AI technology and contribute to Moody's initiatives in implementing and promoting the use of AI technology. Identify, capture and submit constructive feedback regarding product features, functionality regarding ongoing client needs and opportunities to the product, advisory, sales and training groups. Understand newly developed and supported financial products and work with sales, product management, data analytics and research teams on establishing escalation procedures, enabling our teams to start smoothly on the support of a new product. Proactively identify knowledge gaps, design, and implement training to support the internal team's development.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematical Finance. Financial Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field. Must have experience or academic training with the following: performing complex data analysis and interpreting financial models; applying knowledge of financial mathematics (e.g., stochastic process, Monte Carlo techniques, derivative pricing, and interest-rate modelling); and analyzing complex mathematical models.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $100,547 - $113,750/yr depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
