Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to research, qualify and develop potential customer leads for Schneider's sales team. The Senior Market Research Analyst will analyze the transportation requirements and supply chain needs of prospective customers and determine if they are a fit. Role can be located out of Green Bay, Chicago or Dallas.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for leads by using web-based tools, contact lists, research and other outreach methods.
- Maintain customer information using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Work with Schneider's commercial team to determine market needs in specific areas.
- Interact with the marketing team to create collateral, including campaigns and emails.
- Develop business opportunities with prospective customers through lead generation efforts.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective executive-level customer contacts and sales leads.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Outstanding customer service and selling skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
