The Senior Product Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by embedding and governing a product assurance framework in support of the suite of products offered by GP&T Enterprise Hosting Services. This role requires a deep understanding of product assurance processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The goal is to ensure that all GP&T Enterprise Hosting Services products are maintained at an appropriate level of quality, compliance, and user experience.
The products are within Identity and Access Management, Cloud Services, Network & Network Security Services, and Application Hosting Services domains.
Your responsibilities include…
- Implement and maintain ongoing assurance capabilities across all GP&T Enterprise Hosting Service products ensuring compliance with all relevant company standards
- Leverage automation where feasible to reduce burdens on product teams
- Partner with Product Owners to continuously assess and identify improvement opportunities and embed in product roadmaps
- Deliver ongoing audit readiness to reduce duplication of effort during assessments
- Coordinate all internal and external audit engagements including evidence production
- Partner with internal cybersecurity teams, GRC, and Product Owners to address and treat risks and issues
- Support defining and reactive and proactive remediation programs and manage matrix teams to deliver
- Facilitate root cause analysis and investigations
- Prepare reports on product assurance to senior management
- Continuously improve product assurance processes and methodologies.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Tech/IT in a pharmaceutical environment
- A Minimum of 2 years of experience in the risk & compliance domain
- No less than 1 year of experience with matrixed and multi-functional teams located globally
- 1 or more years experience working under regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelors (BA/BS) degree, or equivalent technical qualification with relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters (MA/MS) degree, or equivalent technical qualification with relevant experience
- Ability to think independently and make pragmatic decisions
