Your Role:

As a Product Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and market awareness of our innovative products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Craft and implement strategies that drive business growth and meet ambitious sales goals.
• Building Relationships: Engage with architects, dealers, and end-users to establish long-term partnerships and deliver impactful presentations.
• Driving Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities and manage a robust pipeline of leads to ensure continued success.
• Providing Training and Support: Equip dealers and customers with the knowledge they need to maximize our products' potential.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.  The annual salary for this position ranges from $88,000 up to $114,000.  The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience.  In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
