YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum of 8 years of experience performing thermal analysis on turbomachinery, motors and/or other similar systems
- Proficiency in all modes of heat transfer, thermodynamics, thermal sciences, and two-phase thermophysics
- Strong working knowledge of finite element software (Patran Thermal, ANSYS, Star-CCM+) & classical hand calculation methods
WE VALUE
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or closely related field with emphasis in heat transfer or thermal sciences
- Ability to mentor others
- Significant experience with new product development in a highly regulated environment
- Ability to analyze and solve complex and challenging problems
- Effectively operate in a matrix organization
- Track record of successful contribution to products & projects
- Keen mindset to envision process improvements and execution of such initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
