YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Minimum of 8 years of experience performing thermal analysis on turbomachinery, motors and/or other similar systems
• Proficiency in all modes of heat transfer, thermodynamics, thermal sciences, and two-phase thermophysics
• Strong working knowledge of finite element software (Patran Thermal, ANSYS, Star-CCM+) & classical hand calculation methods

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or closely related field with emphasis in heat transfer or thermal sciences
• Ability to mentor others
• Significant experience with new product development in a highly regulated environment
• Ability to analyze and solve complex and challenging problems

• Track record of successful contribution to products & projects
• Keen mindset to envision process improvements and execution of such initiatives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
