Sr. Product Manager, VPC- Patient Interface (Cambridge, MA or Murrysville, PA)
The Sr. Product Manager, VPC (Value Proposition Creation) for Patient Interface is responsible for driving product strategy and integrating customer feedback and market analysis to achieve commercial success and meet strategic objectives.
Your role:
- Responsible for upstream product development activities for the Patient Interface product lines, including definition of the strategy and its enablers, as well as alignment with key Regions globally; managing the product roadmap by employing portfolio marketing strategies, ensuring optimal performance-cost balance, timely delivery, and integration with broader business objectives.
- Develop and execute robust value propositions grounded in customer insights and health economic analyses, using Strategic Plan (SP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) frameworks to enhance competitive advantages.
- Drive Region/ Zone readiness as part of New Product Introductions (NPI). Ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.).
- Drive strategy for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations including External Clinical Studies (ECS), Medical Advisory Boards (MABs), evidence generation, and other key deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution channels and sales performance, optimizing both Global and Local (Region) Marketing Plans.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or a related field. You have developed VPC from scratch, or engaged with customers to develop new products (required).
- Your skills include:
- Strong drive and experience in value proposition creation.
- Skilled at portfolio management and pragmatic decision making around lifecycle management.
- Understanding of willingness to pay and commercial policy enabling development of pricing models.
- Ability to develop realistic and comprehensive new business models.
- Expert at defining marketing mix, channel strategies and Go-To-Market approaches, Installed Base programs, etc.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re a team player, have a positive “can-do” attitude, and are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality who knows how to get things done in a matrixed organization.
- You have the ability to travel (primarily domestically) up to 25%.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $122,382 to $209,798.
The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $109,270 to $187,320.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA or Murrysville, PA.
